The Chase starts this Sunday at Chicagoland Speedway with the MyAFibStory.com 400, Kevin Harvick gets a little help from his boss for the Chase… And New York State police wrap up the Tony Stewart accident investigation.

FOX News Radio’s Marghiee Teshineh reports in this week’s FOX in the Fast Lane:

The ten races that make up The Chase kick off this weekend in Chicago.

This year 16 drivers make up the field hoping to win the Cup. Among them, Jeff Gordon who says…

(Gordon) “This is the most fun I’ve had in a long time and it’s because of this race team and the race cars we’ve had.”

Dale Earnhardt Jr. says thanks to his season opening win at Daytona he’s known for awhile he was in the Chase and…

(Earnhardt Jr.) “Well you know we’ve sort been on a vacation for 20 weeks so it’s time to get to it.”

Stewart-Haas Racing is lending Kevin Harvick, Tony Stewart’s 2011 championship pit crew, to boost Harvick’s title chances.

And the Ontario County sheriff’s department says they have wrapped up the investigation into the death of driver Kevin Ward Jr. who was struck and killed by Tony Stewart during a sprint car race in upstate New York in August. The district attorney will announce next week if Stewart will face any charges.
