Fighting between Israel and Hamas rages on in the Gaza Strip.
FOX News Radio's Emily Wither reports:
The number of civilian causalities inside Gaza is rising after the first major battle between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian fighters in a densely populated area. More than 80,000 Palestinians have fled their homes and over 500 have been killed -- more than half are civilians. 20 Israelis are also dead, 18 of them soldiers, including two Americans.
Hamas are also claiming they've kidnapped an Israeli soldier something Israel's Ambassador to the UN is denying:
(Ambassador to the UN) "There's no kidnapped Israeli soldier and those rumors are untrue."
But the Israeli military told me they're still investigating the claims.
