Here's what's going viral now on Facebook.
Move over Dove, feminine products company Always is taking over the women's empowerment commercial movement with this viral ad. Shot documentary style, the spot shows a series of girls and a couple of young guys being asked what it looks like to do things "like a girl." The results are displays of ineptness. Cue the moral message. Go girl power.
Then, there's this:
"Captain America Statistics Song!"
Dripping with dark humor, this trending clip from FOX's Animation Domination Hi-Def celebrates Independence Day by spoofing the classic Captain America theme song. Citing world rankings compliments of the CIA, Captain America sings a tale of woe... spewing statistics on how the USA stacks up against the rest of the globe. It turns out, the beloved super hero isn't representing the world's smartest, healthiest or greenest country on the planet.
And, Facebook users are hitting the "like" button on:
"United We Shave."
This patriotic commercial from Schick Quattro bucks the on-going facial hair trend... largely thanks to hipsters... to tout the benefits of a clean shaven face. The funny spot shows a father explaining to his young son why shaving is an American duty; before setting out on a statesmanlike mission to unify others on the smooth face revolution.
