An inmate has died, but his execution went badly Tuesday night in Oklahoma.
FOX News Radio's Jennifer Keiper explains:
Ten minutes after the first of a new three-drug combo was put into his arm, Clayton Lockett was declared unconscious. Then, he started breathing heavily, mumbled and quickly moved around.
Department of Corrections Director Robert Patton had the curtains to the witness area closed...
(Patton) "The inmate suffered what appears to be a massive heart attack and passed away."
The Governor has ordered a review of the process.
Clayton Lockett shot a teenager and watched as she was buried alive.
The execution that was supposed to take place after his has been put on hold for two weeks.
