A former TV Judge found himself behind bars for contempt after an in-court argument with a colleague.

FOX News Radio's Jane Metzler reports:

(TV show audio) When former TV Judge Joe Brown got into it with a Memphis Judge during a child support hearing, the 66 year-old may have thought he was back taping his own show-- (TV show audio) His angry tirade over due process issues in Magistrate Harold Horne's courtroom, got him thrown in jail on contempt charges. Witnesses say Brown-- who is running for District Attorney in Shelby County, totally lost it.

Update: Brown has since been released from jail.
