Judge Joe Brown In Hot Water

A former TV Judge found himself behind bars for contempt after an in-court argument with a colleague.

FOX News Radio’s Jane Metzler reports:

(TV show audio) When former TV Judge Joe Brown got into it with a Memphis Judge during a child support hearing, the 66 year-old may have thought he was back taping his own show– (TV show audio) His angry tirade over due process issues in Magistrate Harold Horne’s courtroom, got him thrown in jail on contempt charges. Witnesses say Brown– who is running for District Attorney in Shelby County, totally lost it.

Update: Brown has since been released from jail.
