It's a dispute over what's art and what's not in Colorado.
FOX News Radio's Chris Foster has the details:
A Colorado man is told-- get those toilets out of the tree.
Johnson: "It's a actual commode, with the tank and everything. Two of them."
Angela Johnson's a neighbor. She reported the toilets, and a sink up there to El Paso County Code Enforcement Officers.
Johnson: "This is America, everybody has a right. You got that right or whatever, it's not criminal, but it's dangerous. It's unsafe for the children."
The homeowner who installed the stuff says it's art-- also bird feeders. But the county disagrees. He's agreed to take everything down from the tree, but still wants to keep it on his property.
