An arrest warrant has been issued by the acting government in Ukraine for ousted President Viktor Yanukovych, who has reportedly fled the country.

FOX News Radio’s Jessica Golloher reports from Kiev:

    (Protests)

Demonstrators here in Kiev are calling for fugitive Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych to be charged with mass murder for the deaths of protesters. And the new government here has obliged with a warrant for his arrest.

The unrest has Ukraine’s eastern and western neighbors worried that the country will split into two. Temporary President Oleksandr Turchinov says that Ukraine wants a new relationship with Russia, one in which Moscow understands that Ukraine is leaning towards the west.
