Michael Dunn was found guilty in the shooting death of a teenager over loud music, but not on all charges. So, prosecutors will try him again.

FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown has the details from Miami:

A jury in Jacksonville couldn’t decide if Michael Dunn murdered 17 year-old Jordan Davis when he shot him to death inside an SUV, or if it was self-defense– as Dunn says he was threatened with a shotgun. But the teen’s father is happy the jury convicted Dunn on the attempted murder of his son’s friends:

Davis: “So he’s gonna learn that he must be remorseful for the killing of my son. That it was not just another day at the office.”

And, Dunn will be retried for the murder of Davis. But he’s facing at least 75 years for other convictions.
