Kraft Cheese Change
Kraft makes a change– joining a growing number of food makers trying to appeal to those trying to eat healthier.

((Kraft commercial)) But it’s what they’re not made with that Kraft is highlighting now. Dumping artificial preservatives, namely sorbic acid– in favor of what the company describes as a natural mold inhibitor– natamycin. For now, the change only applies to Kraft’s most popular individually wrapped cheese slices. The full-fat American and white American varities, and it took about five years of testing to get it right. ((Kraft commercial)) Kraft also plans to emphasize a change made years ago– no artificial flavors, catering to a growing public concern about artificial anything– even additives the Federal government says are safe.
