Florida ‘Loud Music’ Murder Trial, Defendant Testifies

Update: The Defense has rested in the Michael Dunn case.
The Florida man on trial for murder over a fight that started with loud music, takes the stand.
FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown reports:
Michael Dunn is on the stand defending himself in the alleged murder of 17 year-old Jordan Davis– one of the teens in an SUV with extremely loud music that Dunn says became aggressive when asked to turn down the radio.

Dunn insists he fired his own weapon in self-defense when he saw a shotgun:
Dunn: “I just got my life threatened, because I asked them to turn the music down. Now I shot at them. So now, what they gonna do?”
But police never found a weapon in the teens’ car.
