Rep. Trey Radel To Resign
Congressman Radel, recently out of rehab following cocaine charges, now plans to resign.

Florida Republican Trey Radel is stepping down, FOX has confirmed. The first-term Congressman was busted buying cocaine here in DC last year. He’s since pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation. Initially however, he dismissed pleas from top Republicans to resign, but did check-in to a rehab facility. The House ethics committee has opened an investigation.
