Hired! For Veterans

They risked their lives and served our country.  Now they need help finding employment, and have some help.

While unemployment levels are down overall, younger veterans, female veterans and older veterans are still struggling. Here are company’s looking to hire America’s heroes and their spouses.

Tyco is a leader in fire and security services. They haver over 1,300 positions available. Sales, technical, professional, and manufacturing jobs are open. They are part of the VetFriendly 50,000 Job Challenge.

Wellpoint is the largest managed healthcare plan in the for profit space. 500 jobs include a need for Registered Nurses, claims, IT, and management personnel.

Kellogg’s, the maker of Special K, Frosted Flakes, and Pringles is looking for 30o folks that can work as plant operation supervisors, senior financial analysts, and merchandisers.

Capital One is a U.S. bank holding company: Credit cards, home loans, and more. They need customer service reps, tellers, IT, project managers, and analysts.
