AFMW: Ken Korach
For nearly four decades, Bill King was the radio voice of the biggest teams in the San Francisco Bay Area. He did play-by-play for the Oakland Raiders, the Golden State Warriors and the Oakland Athletics. He was also a sailor, painter, patron of the arts, student of Russian history, opera fan and much more. For the last ten years of his life, Ken Korach was Bill’s partner on A’s broadcasts. Now, nine years after King’s death, Ken shares stories of Bill’s life and career is his book “Holy Toledo: Lessons from Bill King, Renaissance Man of the Mic.” FOX News Radio’s Rich Johnson spends “A Few Moments With” Ken Korach.
