One controversial Obamacare provision has been put on hold for now.
FOX News Radio's Jennifer Keiper reports:
The government has until Friday to respond to the decision that came down shortly before midnight by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
It puts on hold for a group of Colorado nuns and others who use the Christian Brothers Employee Benefit Trust - the requirement that religious-based organizations provide health insurance coverage that includes birth control.
The nuns are just one of many religious groups trying to put an end to the mandate.
