House Holds Hearing On Presidential Authority
The House holding a hearing Tuesday looking into if the President has been exceeding his authority.

From Obamacare, to the Dream Act, to the Defense of Marriage Act and more– Virginia Republican Bob Goodlatte says the Obama Administration has ignored what Congress has passed:
Goodlatte: “And unilaterally granted itself the extra-constitutional authority to amend the laws and to waive or suspend their enforcement.”
Michigan Democrat John Conyers disagrees:
Conyers: “Some here view policy disagreements as constitutional crises.”
Conyers says President Obama has merely used the discretion that all Presidents have used. The difference, he says, is that Republicans don’t like it.
