President Obama lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns. And at Arlington National Cemetery, he speaks of all who serve in the military.
(President Obama) "This is how we'll be judged: Not just by how well we care for our troops in battle but by how we treat them when they come home and by the America we build together."
The President saluted the man believed to be World War II's oldest veteran, Richard Overton, who is 107...
(President Obama) "Living proud and strong in the land he helped keep free."
Overton, of Austin, Texas, got a standing ovation.
