When is a toy gun just a little too real? It's a question that's come up in Virginia after two students were suspended for using one.

FOX News Radio's Eben Brown reports:

Two seventh graders from Virginia Beach won't be allowed back to their middle school for the rest of the term because they were playing with air pistols, shooting targets and each other with plastic pellets while waiting for the school bus. The kids say it was a game but somebody called police...

(911 Call) "There was a white child and black child. The white child appeared to have a gun, that he was chasing the child with but when he saw me he kinda stuck it in his pants."

The parents say it's none of the schools business but the Principal says it is, since it happened near the bus stop.
