[AUDIO] Charles Duelfer on Dismantling Syria’s Chemical Arsenal

CHARLES DUELFER, former Chief U.S. Weapons Inspector, talked to Brian about how difficult it will be to dismantle Syria’s chemical arsenal.  Duelfer said this will be tough if the rules are not set from the beginning.  “If the Security Council and the international community lay the groundwork out right, where the burden of proof, the burden for security… is laid on Syria, then it can be done,” Duelfer explained.
