Shake Up In The Chase After NASCAR Issues Penalties

NASCAR slapping a team owner and his drivers with big penalties for manipulating the outcome of a race.

With seven laps to go at Richmond last Saturday, Ryan Newman lost the lead and his shot at the Sprint Cup.

(Helton) “Each team will be fined 50 owner points and 50 driver points.”
