A second teenager has been arrested in the death of a World War II veteran in Washington state.

FOX News Radio’s Jennifer Keiper reports:

88-year old Delbert Belton – a World War II vet who was injured in Okinawa – was waiting for a friend outside of the lodge where he played pool when he was beaten and robbed last week.

One teenager turned himself in last week and Spokane Police Chief Frank Straub says they now have a second 16-year-old in custody.

Both are charged with first degree murder and robbery.

(Straub) “The family worked with the department to bring this to a conclusion because the family got the gravity of this situation. These are two young men that just spun out of control.”

Authorities have also charged three people with helping the second suspect hide-out.
