Fort Hood Shooter Found Guilty On All Charges

Nidal Hasan has been unanimously convicted on all charges against him in connection with the Fort Hood massacre.

FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown has more on the verdict from Fort Hood:

The military jury, otherwise known as a court-martial panel has come back returning findings of guilt for all 45 of the charges against Army Major Nidal Hasan. That includes 13 premeditated murders, and it also means 32 attempted premeditated murders. Unanimous verdicts, especially with regard to premeditated murder, is a sign that they will proceed towards a death penalty sentence for Major Hasan. The sentencing phase, which will still include the military jury, will begin Monday morning, here at Fort Hood.
