BRIAN’S QUOTE OF THE DAY
Brian on Hamas in Egypt: “So now, we’re under the belief, erroneous as it is, that they won a fair election and we should support them. We should never support them. We don’t support Hamas, we don’t support al-Qaeda, we never would have supported Hitler in World War II even though he won a fair election. So the reaction should be we’ve got to support the military government… For the most part, I like the military in Egypt. That is the only way for it to work out.”

SHANNON BREAM, FOX News Correspondent, stopped by and talked to Brian about the New York Post article entitled “Strong is the New Skinny.” Bream loves the idea behind the article, and said that women should not feel any shame in how much they weigh. “Just own it,” Bream said. Later, Bream challenged Brian to a push-up contest and then invited him out for a mani-pedi the next time she is in New York!
Grammy-winning recording artist RICKY SKAGGS joined Shannon and Brian in studio! Skaggs talked about his successful career, how he got into Bluegrass music, and how he believes his musical ability is a gift from God. Skaggs said that even though he will perform in “beer joints” and bluegrass festivals more than churches, he finds that performing is a form of worship itself. “Music, it’s a language of God that everybody will listen to,” Skaggs exclaimed.
