Survey: Want To Live To 120?

    Elderly

How long do we want to live?

FOX News Radio’s Bill Vitka reports results of a new survey:

If the Fountain of Youth ever became a reality — what would we do with it? Most Americans are uneasy about how much to prolong life.

A survey conducted by Pew finds that a majority consider extending life to 120 years or more would be bad. Some of this involves income inequality: two-out-of-three people worry that only the rich will be able to prolong life.

When people are asked who wants to live to 120 — more than two-thirds say they think other people would want that. But when it comes to them — 56% say no way.
