Brian on Russia Granting Snowden Asylum: “Vladimir Putin goes at us again! Snowden stays, damage done… Now he can spend his remaining years in Russia. Best of luck! There’s a reason why people try to sneak in here and no one’s trying to sneak into Russia… And don’t tell me he hasn’t done damage. Edward Snowden moves out and has moved on.

HOUR ONE

AMBASSADOR JOHN BOLTON talked to Brian about Russia granting NSA leaker Edward Snowden asylum for one year. Bolton thinks that Snowden still has a lot of information that Putin wants to get his hands on.  “I think concluded that he needs more time with Snowden.  He needs more time to get the information, or to get Snowden to a country where he can then get the information,” Bolton explained. He went on to say that Russia granting Snowden asylum is a sure sign that Putin doesn’t have all the information he wants from the young leaker yet.

Brian’s FOX & Friends co-host STEVE DOOCY also weighed in on Edward Snowden getting asylum in Russia.  “It’s a terrible situation that we have found ourselves in given the fact that our president and their president, Putin and Obama, simply do not have a good relationship, even though they were supposed to hit that reset button,” Doocy said.  He went on to exclaim his disbelief about the new reports that came out, which stated that everything you do on the Internet and every single phone call you make is being tracked and recorded by the NSA.

HOUR TWO

FOX News Sunday host CHRIS WALLACE weighed in on the Obama’s “phony scandals” tactic.  Wallace said he doesn’t think labeling scandals as “phony” is changing anyone’s mind.  He went on to say that Obama is trying to set the terms for the budget battle that is going to occur in late September, and gave an in-depth explanation as to exactly what the administration is doing. “The administration’s policy is… to try to position Republicans… in such a way that they lose the House, don’t win the Senate, and that the President and the Democrats have what they had for the first two years… which is control of Congress,” Wallace explained.

TruTV’s Impractical Jokers, BRIAN “Q” QUINN AND SAL VULCANO, talked to Brian about their hit TV show and their stage show that is happening now across the country.  Q explained that their show is true, unscripted reality television. “The whole point of the show is to… put our friendship on display.  That’s what we were trying to do,” Q said, “I mean, sometimes we to pretend to like Murray more than we do, but that’s the only non-reality part!” The duo went on to give a sneak preview of what is on tonight’s season opener.  Watch the interview to hear what’s coming up!

HOUR THREE

Emmy and Peabody award-winning comedian PAUL MECURIO talked to Brian about the hot-mess NYC mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner. “I don’t want a man to be the face of New York who gets upstaged by what’s a foot and a half below his face,” Mecurio said.  He went on to say that Weiner is not to be trusted, and that he will do the same thing to NYC that he does with his women: “If he becomes mayor, he’s going to do the same thing with New York; he’s going to flirt with us, talk about politics, and then leave us for a hotter, younger city. This guy is not to be trusted.”

Later, Mecurio made a connection between Weiner and MLB players A-Rod and Ryan Braun, explaining that all three are sociopaths who do something wrong, get caught, deny it, apologize and then do it again. “Lab rats are smarter than these guys,” he exclaimed, “Especially A-Rod. He’s got the same amount of chemicals in him as a lab rat right now!”

Red Eye’s ANDY LEVY stopped by and weighed in on Kristin Chenoweth’s Anthony Weiner parody she performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno yesterday.  Levy thought it was ironic that Chenoweth was the person making fun of Anthony Weiner, because she has a past of tweeting while on Ambien. Levy couldn’t leave without taking a jab at Brian’s Titus Ashby basketball incident and told Brian about the massive amount of heat the crew at Red Eye gave him for his accidental pass to the face!
