There are still questions surrounding a fatal accident at a Texas amusement park. A woman fell out of a roller coaster on Friday, leading to her death.
FOX News Radio's Jeff Monosso reports:
In her first trip to Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, Rosy Esparza fell from the roller coaster ride dubbed the Texas Giant. Police say no foul play and are referring all questions and the investigation to the park.
(Martin) "There's absolutely no state or federal oversight or guidelines on fixed amusement parks."
Kenneth Martin, an amusement ride inspector, says the industry is self regulated. Six Flags calls it a tragic accident.
Witnesses say Esparza had concerns about her lap bar not being secure before the ride began.
