    Ride 2 Recover bike theft

    A group of wounded Veterans became victims of theft during a trip to Alaska.

    FOX News Radio’s Lilian Woo has the story:

    Some wounded Veterans in Anchorage to train for a race, facing a setback when five of the group’s custom bicycles were stolen according to the non-profit that organized the trip. The bikes taken from a locked U-Haul trailer, valued at tens of thousands and included a custom one made for a Staff Sergeant who lost both arms below the elbow to a rocket propelled grenade in Iraq.

    Ride 2 Recovery, the group which organized the trip, said participants are mostly Veterans from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars with some suffering from traumatic physical injuries, PTSD or traumatic brain injuries.
