Putin Denies Stealing Patriots Super Bowl Ring

Is Russian President Vladimir Putin a thief?

Putin’s United Russia Party is branded the party of crooks and thieves by the opposition – but now New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is calling Putin a thief as well. Kraft says when he showed Putin his diamond-encrusted Super Bowl ring, worth at least $25,000, eight years ago, Putin was supposed to admire it, not steal it. Russia’s strong-arm leader says the ring was a gift and the Kremlin lashed out saying Kraft needed some psychotherapy. Putin says he’ll buy Kraft another ring, but no word yet if he’ll return the Super Bowl stunner.
