    A partial win for certain children currently waiting for lung transplants.

    FOX News Radio’s Paul Stevens reports:

    The national body managing organ transplants rejecting emergency rule changes Monday for children under 12 waiting for donor lungs. But creating a special appeal and review system to hear such cases.

    Those moves coming after a federal judge ordered 10-year-old Sarah Murnaghan and 11-year-old Javier Acosta be made eligible for adult lungs.

    The attorney for both children calling Monday’s vote a “positive development” for young patients in similar lung transplant cases.
