Sunbathers heading to the beach this Memorial Day Weekend will find new sunscreen labels designed to be more user friendly.
The long awaited changes were put in to effect by the FDA in December, and ban terms like waterproof that could be misleading, and require all sunscreens protect against both UVA and UVB rays.
But some experts argue SPF ratings are still unreliable and need tighter guidelines.
