‘Kick Me’ Lawsuit
An office prank leads to a Federal lawsuit.
FOX News Radio’s Chris Foster explains:
Harvey Palacio worked at an Intel plant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Co-workers taped a ‘kick me’ sign to his back in August. Two who did kick him a few times in the rear end, lost their jobs and got community service for petty misdemeanor battery, apologizing at the time. Palacio is now suing in Federal court for unspecified damages. He says he also had his work uniform hidden and trash stuffed in his bag and that the abuse was racially motivated because he’s Filipino.
