The first legal internet poker website in the United States has opened for business, but access is limited for now.
FOX News Radio's Chris Foster reports:
The cards and chips are virtual, but the money's real at ultimatepoker.com. For now, it's only for people who live in Nevada, where the law allows online poker, but that law allows Nevada to form pacts with other states who want in. For example, New Jersey just passed a law allowing people there to gamble online.
There was a Federal crackdown on internet poker in 2011, with the Justice Department seizing the domain names of large sites serving American players.
