Housecall for Health: Fist Clenching For Memory Boost
Want some extra brain power? A new study suggests people can improve their memory simply by clenching their fist.

Researchers say if you want a better memory, just clench your fists.
A study from Montclair State University found participants who clenched their fists for 90 seconds before memorizing a list of words, had better recollection skills that those who did nothing with their hands.
The team says the data proves simple body movements can temporarily change the way the brain functions.
