Sources: Suspect Arrested in TX D.A. Murder
Authorities may be one step closer to solving the murder of a Texas district attorney and his wife, as well as the earlier murder of one of his colleagues.
FOX News Radio’s Chris Hoenig has details:
Former Kaufman County Justice of the Peace Eric Williams was arrested Saturday, charged with making terroristic threats and with bail issues regarding a theft conviction he was appealing. Now, sources tell local FOX News affiliate KDFW that Williams is the suspect in the murders of District Attorney Mike McLelland and Assistant D.A. Mark Hasse, as well as McLelland’s wife, Cynthia.
McLelland and Hasse were the prosecutors in that theft conviction.

Authorities searched Williams’ home on Friday, one week after funeral services were held for McLelland and his wife.
