The tech giant Apple has an apology for China.
FOX News Radio's Bill Vitka reports:
Apple has apologized to China. A letter of regret signed by CEO Tim Cook pledging to improve customer service in the country. It underscores how much the Chinese market matters.
Apple's apology doesn't come out of the blue. It follows more than two weeks of attacks by government-run media - charging that Apple's Chinese customers aren't getting a fair shake.
Cook's letter apologizes for misunderstandings created by poor communication, and Apple will now provide a better warranty, better training and a better experience for the Chinese customer.
