FOX News Radio's Courtney Walsh is at the Vatican with details:

Vatican Pope Cardinals

(Sound of Meeting)

This morning, 142 cardinals - the red-capped Princes of the Church - met for the first time since Benedict stepped down last Thursday.  With the help of translators in five languages, they discussed procedures for the conclave - the election of the next Pope.  But as Vatican spokesman Thomas Rosica noted:

(Rosica) "Twelve are on the way."

So the date for the start of the voting may not be finalized until they're all here.
