Courthouse Shots Fired

A gunman opened fire at a courthouse in Wilmington, Delaware this morning leaving at least three people dead.

FOX News Radio's Courtney Kealy reports:

Courthouse Shots Fired

Sergeant Paul Shavack of the Delaware State Police saying the gunman opened fire in the lobby of the County Courthouse killing two female civilians including the gunman's wife, and wounding two police officers.

(Shavack) "Two capitol police officers were shot in the exchange of gunfire with that gunman. Their conditions now are non-life-threatening. The gunman is dead inside the lobby."

The gunman was shot and killed before breaching the metal detectors and security perimeter.
