Three people have been killed, including the gunman who fired shots in a mall near Portland, Oregon as terrified holiday shoppers ran for cover. And now there are new details about the shooter.

FOX News Radio's Jessica Rosenthal reports:

The shooter was 22-year-old Jacob Tyler Roberts. Clackamas County Sheriff Craig Roberts says two people were killed at the mall, a teenage girl was injured before the shooter killed himself.

(Roberts) "He was armed with an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle. The rifle was stolen yesterday from a person known to the suspect. At the time of the attack he was wearing a load bearing vest. Not a bulletproof vest."

He was also wearing a face mask and was carrying several fully loaded magazines. The Sheriff's Department says they have executed a search warrant on his house and car, though they have not yet revealed what they found.
