Four CA Men Charged In Alleged Terror Plot
Federal officials say four Americans have been charged with plotting to kill Americans and destroy U.S. targets.
FOX News Radio’s Courtney Kealy reports:
U.S. authorities say four Southern California men plotted to kill Americans overseas and bomb government facilities and public places.
Their apparent ringleader, who had served in the U.S. Air Force from 2000 to 2001, allegedly introduced his first two accomplices to the radical preachings of Anwar Awlaki. He then went to Afghanistan and tried to arrange meetings with al Qaeda and the Taliban. The three, then recruited a fourth who also wanted to wage “violent jihad”.
