Giants Win World Series Over Tigers
The San Francisco Giants are champions, sweeping the Detroit Tigers in the World Series.
FOX News Radio’s Jeff Monosso reports from Detroit:
The San Francisco Giants broke a ten inning tie to win the World Series giving the Giants a 4-3 win over Detroit in game four, a sweep. And an MVP for Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval.
(Sandoval) “This is for all my family, my daughters so, it’s part of my life.”
It’s San Francisco’s second World Series win in three years. And for Tigers fans here in Detroit it’s…
(Detroit Fan) “It’s disappointing, yeah, but we’ve been kind of inconsistent all season so it’s not a surprise.”
The Giants head back to San Francisco for a champion’s parade down Montgomery Street.
