NYC Cop Arrested in Cannibalism Plot
An NYPD officer has been arrested in a ghoulish plot to kidnap, kill, cook and eat women.

A New York City police officer has been arrested in a cannibal kidnap plot. Gilberto Valle charged in a failed conspiracy to kidnap, rape, torture and kill women who would be cooked and eaten.
In the joint NYPD and FBI investigation, officials citing numerous emails and other internet communications portraying that scheme. Authorities also believe the 28-year-old accessed an official crime database and used other methods to locate potential victims and watch them. Also, that he negotiated for $5,000 to kidnap a woman for someone else.
