Teen Brothers Charged With Killing NJ 12-Year-Old

Arrests have been made in the death of a 12-year-old New Jersey girl who went missing over the weekend, and the accused are not much older than the young victim.

FOX News Radio’s Chris Hoenig has details:

Two brothers, ages 15 and 17, charged with several counts including first-degree murder for allegedly strangling Autumn Pasquale and disposing of her body in a recycling container.  The younger brother also charged with luring the 12-year-old off of her bike.

(Dalton) “The search warrant revealed personal belongings of Autumn in the juveniles’ residence, including her BMX bike, along with other physical evidence supporting these charges.”

Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean Dalton is considering charging the teens as adults.  A break in the case, coming from the boys’ own mother contacting police after reading postings on their Facebook pages.
