Election Day is just six weeks from this Tuesday, and early voting is already underway in some states. With the clock ticking down, the two Presidential candidates hammered away at each other on the same TV show.
FOX News Radio's Rich Johnson reports from Washington:
President Obama continues to hammer away at Mitt Romney's main - and, as the President puts it, only - economic theme.
(President Obama) "He seems to have only one note: tax cuts for the wealthy, and rolling back regulations as a recipe for success."
While Romney is defending the evolution of his political thought, saying it is not about flip-flopping.
(Romney) "If you don't learn from experience, don't learn from your mistakes, why, you know, you ought to be fired."
Both men appeared in separate interviews on the CBS program "60 Minutes."
