Zimmerman Reenactment Video Released [VIDEO]
We’re hearing from George Zimmerman, in his own words, detailing why he claims self defense in the Florida neighborhood watch killing.
FOX News Radio’s Hank Weinbloom reports:
George Zimmerman says:
(Zimmerman) “Every time he punched me in the nose, it felt like my head was going to explode.”
Detailing the fight he had with Trayvon Martin in February:
(Zimmerman) “He was suffocating me, so I was trying to get his hands off my face.”
Zimmerman’s lawyer, Thursday, released video of him reenacting what happened to police at the scene the day after he shot and killed the teenager.
Zimmerman saying they both went for his gun:
(Zimmerman) “I don’t know if he did it at the same time or what the case was, but I got to it first.”
On the video, Zimmerman has bandages on the back of his head and nose. He’s now in jail, awaiting a murder trial.
Sanford, Florida has fired Police Chief Bill Lee for his handling of the case.
