Norway Massacre Suspect Admits Killing 77, Pleads Not Guilty

Anders Breivik is in on trial for the July 22nd bomb-and-shooting massacre in Norway. He has admitted to killing 77 people, but he pleaded not guilty to criminal charges, saying he acted in self-defense.

FOX News Radio’s Alastair Wanklyn explains:

He says he bombed Oslo, then shot dead young people at an island holiday camp in protest at… (Speaking Norwegian)… multiculturalism and immigration therefore, he says, it’s not criminal guilt.

A court in Norway hearing Anders Breivik bought pseudo-military uniforms, he wrote an internet manifesto.

Later judges must rule once and for all whether he was sane and that will decide if he’s jailed or confined to a psychiatric institution.
