Housecall for Health: Secret to a Good Night’s Sleep

A new study has the secret to getting a good night’s sleep, and it might involve a significant other…or lack thereof.

FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports in today’s “Housecall for Health”:

Scientists say there’s a simple trick for getting more shut-eye: sleeping alone.  An Australian study of more than 13,000 people finds that sleeping with a partner is more disruptive than any other nighttime noises.

The majority of those surveyed say their partner’s snoring, going to the bathroom or answering calls and emails awakened them much more often than pets, noisy neighbors, traffic or weather.
