2 Arrested After OK Shooting Spree
An Oklahoma city gets an Easter gift from police: relief. The city had been on edge following a shooting spree that killed three, but two people have been arrested in connection with the crimes.
FOX News Radio’s Chris Hoenig reports:
The suspects are both white men – 19-year-old Jake England and 32-year-old Alvin Watts – arrested early Sunday thanks to a tip from the public.
(Willingham) “It was a hunch, really. It was not anything that they had heard, or somebody that had been involved in it, it was more of a hunch.”
…Tulsa Police Spokesman Jason Willingham. The pair face three counts of murder and two counts of shooting with intent to kill after wounding five men on Friday. All of the victims are black and appear to have been chosen at random, though police have not released a motive for the shooting spree.
