TX Parents Accused of Starving 11-Year-Old Son To Death
A Texas father is in jail, charged in his son’s death. The boy’s stepmom is also accused.
FOX News Radio’s Dave Anthony reports:
Johnathan Ramsey may have starved to death in his bedroom where Dallas police say the 11-year-old was locked up for months.
Fed only bread, water, and a little milk. His father and stepmother are charged with felony injury to a child:
(Neighbor) “I was absolutely appalled.”
She’s one of the many neighbors with questions:
(Neighbor) “Through hindsight you’re kind of going, like, shouldn’t I have known? I don’t see any way I could have.”
Police say Aaron Ramsey told them his son collapsed and was unresponsive. He dumped the body that hasn’t been found yet in a wooded area and that he punished the boy for punching the stepmother, who admits the child looked emaciated.
