Housecall for Health: Early Allergy Season

For those who don’t like the snow, the warm winter has been a wonderful thing.  Now comes the downside: the early arrival of spring temperatures means the early arrival of sniffling, sneezing and watery eyes.

FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports in today’s “Housecall for Health”:

Some may have enjoyed the unseasonably warm winter, but now an early and severe allergy season has reared its ugly head.  In some parts of the U.S., allergists say pollen counts are as high as they’ve ever recorded.  In the South and Midwest, drought conditions are only adding to allergy sufferers misery.  And for 40 million Americans with nasal allergies, the Asthma & Allergy Foundation says severe cases can send people to the emergency room.
