Investigation Ongoing After GA Boy Killed by Sister

    A family flight has left a Georgia boy dead, and police are working to determine whether to charge his sister in the teen’s death.

    FOX News Radio’s Dave Anthony has the story:

    Was it murder when a 14-year-old Georgia girl stabbed her younger brother last week?  Or was it self defense?

    (Bolton) “There’s a lot of evidence that indicates that that may be what we’re looking at here.”

    Henry County Police Major Jason Bolton says that evidence includes the girl…

    (Bolton) “Calling 911, requesting the police to come out to the house prior to the actual stabbing.”

    No charges have been filed so far.  13-year-old Malachi Andrews died two days afterward.  His 8th grade friends are planning a memorial at school on Thursday.
